Processing Method: Wash with clean water and soak in water for 30 mins or above(depending on size)
Stoage: Place in cool and dry place. If it is to be stored for some time before serving, it should be sealed and place in refrigerator.
Direction: Suugest put into soup, stewed soup and porridge
 
建議處理方法：將元貝略清洗後，以清水浸約半小時或以上。(視乎元貝大小而定，浸至稍軟身即可)
儲存方法：置於通風陰涼處，如預較長時間食用，建議封好放入雪櫃為佳。
建議食法：燴羮、燉湯、煲粥皆宜。
