Cut, emboss, or ruffle fondant quickly and easily using one tool with the Ateco 1330 white plastic fondant cutter / embosser. Made of light weight yet durable plastic, this versatile tool comes with one cutter wheel and two embossers for designing your signature confections. One embosser creates a wavy design, while the other produces a strand of small horizontal lines, and the entire tool remains together thanks to its self-contained storage compartment in the handle. Simply pop out the wheel you need, lock it into the front of the tool, and store the other two wheels in the base. The broad handle also makes it easy to firmly grip the utensil.
